Bei der Frage "Wie ist die Rechtsform Ihres Unternehmens?" öffnet sich bei der Kundin das Dropdown auf dem Tablet nicht.
An was könnte das liegen? Können Sie uns da helfen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that your customer is unable to open the dropdown field "Wie ist die Rechtsform Ihres Unternehmens?" on a tablet. Since the form is password protected, I wasn't able to test it directly on my side, but we can still try steps that usually fix this kind of issues on tablets:
- On the tablet, open the browser settings (Safari or Chrome), and clear the cache and cookies.
- Make sure the browser is updated to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play.
- Try opening the form in a different browser on the tablet (for example, if using Safari, try Chrome).
- If the dropdown still doesn't open, please let us know which browser version your customer is using. That'll help us replicate the same environment and look deeper into what's causing the issue.

The customer has tried that aswell. She used the Safari Browser on an iPad.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Since your customer is unable to open the dropdown menu and common steps like clearing the cache and updating the browser have already been tried, there are a few other things you can check:
Test the form on a different device or browser to see if the issue is isolated.
Make sure the OS and browser on the affected device are fully up to date.
Temporarily disable any other browser extensions or settings that might be blocking the dropdown menu.
If the issue persists, please share the exact device model, OS version, and browser name + version (e.g., iPadOS / Safari, Android / Chrome, Windows / Edge). We’ll reproduce it in a similar environment and investigate further.

I have tried to replicate the issue with both iPad and Android, but I was unable to replicate it. Take a look at my screencasts below:
I also tried to replicate it in 3 different devices with 3 different browsers, but the result was the same. Can you still replicate the issue on your end? If so, which exact device are you using? Can you share us a screencast of the issue?
