en julio realicé el pago de la anualidad, ¿quisiera saber si cierro mi cuenta ese dinero se me devuelve o no se podría?

además, quisiera saber si para el otro año quiero cerrar la cuenta, ¿solo tengo que presionar el botón de ELIMINAR CUENTA o debo hacer algo más?

Now, let me help you with your question. We can cancel and process a refund for your recent subscription as long as you're eligible for the 30-day money-back policy. Before we do this, please take note that your account is a Legacy Plan. If you cancel your subscription now and then decide to subscribe again in the future, you will be moved to the new pricing and you will lose the legacy price. You may check our pricing page for the new pricing and features.

If you wish to proceed with the cancelation, this can be done in the account settings on your billing page. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
