me podrían decir cuanto seria el costo del plan plata en pesos mexicanos o en donde puedo hacer la conversión del dia.

Now, let me help you with your question. The prices of our plans are in USD rate. Once you are subscribed to a paid plan, your bank converts to your own currency to process the payment. You can use Google currency converter if you want to convert the prices.

Thanks for getting back to us.  This tax will be added by the payment processor as per the laws applicable to the state. If you are having any exemption from state sales taxes, you may send a copy of the Exemption Certificate to us so that we may refund the sales tax if you are charged.

Gracias por usar Jotform. De ser cobrable, el impuesto aparecerá reflejado en las facturas de los pagos de tu cuenta. Puedes verlas fácilmente desde la página de ajustes de tu cuenta. Te explico cómo hacerlo:

• En la página de Mis Formularios haz clic en el avatar de tu cuenta en la esquina superior derecha y selecciona Ajustes.
• Ahora ve a la pestaña de Facturación a la izquierda, ahí podrás ver las facturas y abrirlas haciendo clic en Ver a su derecha.

No dudes en hacernos saber si necesitas ayuda con cualquier otra cosa.

Es que no salgo de dudas, me dicen que ser cobrable el impuesto y necesito saber si el precio ya lo incluye o es el precio mas impuesto, favor de ser mas claros por favor porque ocupo que me depositen el dinero exacto. gracias.

Thanks for getting back to us. We charge sales taxes on subscriptions where we are required to do so under applicable law. No other taxes will be charged. The tax applied on the payment depends on your location or your country. Once you process a payment, the tax will be automatically applied. You will see in the invoice if a tax is applied. The invoice will be mailed to you using the email address on the account, or you can access it in the Billing tab of your account.
