    Hello ntcismael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. To confirm, do you want to use Jotform as your form of support in your business? Please note that is not possible to create a ticketing system in Jotform as it is a form-building platform, but we offer features that can be used to create a basic ticketing system.

To send an automatic response as soon as someone fills out the form, you can set up an autoresponder email. Let me show you how to set that up:

    • IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Now, click on Add an Email.
    • Next, select Autoresponder Email.
    • Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.

Now, If you just need to email the user back, you can create a notification email that will be sent to your inbox. Ensure the email field is set as the reply-to email in the notication. This way, if you reply to this notification, an email will be sent directly to them. Let me show you how to set this up:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Now, click on Add an Email

    • Select Notification Email.
    • Click on the Recipients tab.
    • Under Reply-to-email, select the Email field you added in the form.
    • Enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time someone fills out your form. Once you reply to it,and email will be sent to your customer. You can also check out our guides on Setting Up Email Notifications & Autoresponder Emails.

Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.
