Deleted form texts: How can I recover them?

    Boa tarde, eu fui abrir hoje o meu formulário, e ele está com todos os textos apagados, como faço para recuperar?

    Hi cleverdoctorboy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you accidentally deleted those texts or changed them, you can still revert those changes by accessing your Revision History. Let me show you how:

    1. At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
    2. Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Lizeth is from our Form Reviewer Team. Your form fields must've contained some words, or they could be collecting sensitive information. Keep in mind that those are violations of our Terms of Use. But let me reach out to her directly so we can sort out this issue. As soon as I have an update, I will get back to you on this thread.

Our bots and review team routinely monitor the forms in our system to prevent scams and harmful content. I discussed this with Lizeth, but unfortunately, she doesn't recall the exact reason for removing the text. Upon inspecting both previous and current texts, I found nothing that appears harmful.
