The Form Revision History feature makes it possible for you to review older versions of your forms and when necessary, revert your form back to an older version. It is a big time saver. You can now work faster without worrying about messing up your forms. If a form is broken simply travel back to a time in which your form worked properly.
In the Form Builder, click the green circular arrow below the form name.

You can also select Revision History from the form’s More menu on the My Forms page.

This will open the Form Builder’s Revision History panel where you’ll see the list of revisions for your form.
Browse the versions and review the changes by clicking on a version on the right side. The main left frame shows a preview of your form and the right side has a list of changes you have done on that version.
Click the Revert button to bring back the old changes.

I also have the green revert button but nothing happens when I click on it.

Thanks. I was able to revert my form to an earlier version but I was not able to obtain the submission information as it was at that point. Is that information not retrievable?
I do not have the "REVERT TO THIS VERSION" button to bring back the old changes. option. I see the changes on the left of screen, the edited form in the center and the List of Changes on the right, but no "Revert" option
Sadly, I have made so many changes and I can't figure out how to fix this!
