How much upload space capacity do I have with the Silver plan?

    Buenas tardes,

    Les saluda Aarón Quiñón, coordinador de una asociación civil sin fines de lucro. Actualmente tengo el plan plata (silver) pero no me queda claro cuánto almacenamiento tengo disponible. Estoy elaborando un formulario que requiere que se carguen vídeos y documentos.


    Mis colaboradores de la red non-profit me comentan que tienen 1TB de almacenamiento con el plan silver pero a mi solo me aparece 10GB.


    Me confirman si mi plan tiene un 1TB o cómo puedo explandirlo.

    Hi Recambio_hola,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Your collaborators might be using an older Jotform account and have a legacy or grandfathered Jotform status on their account. I checked your account and it seems the account is new and was created on March 1, 2024. Newly created accounts will get the new account usage limits, the current limit for the Silver plan is 10.00 GB. This information is available on our pricing page.

    Hi Rhina,

    Thanks for the information. Yes, we created the account last week. As we work in the same sector (non-profit organization) with the other organizations, we similar conditions for storage the data. How can we get legacy or grandfathered Jotform status? We need more storage capacity

    Hi Aron,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Our plan prices have changed/increased since August 1, 2022. Old plans that are no longer there are called legacy plans; currently, only legacy pricing options are available for the Jotform account created before 2017. A Jotform account created before 2017 has the status of being grandfathered. Since your account is created in 2024, you will get a pricing range for 2024.

    If you are a non-profit organization, then you can apply for the non-profit discount plan. Our team will assess your form and get in touch with you via email if you are approved. You will have to attach an appropriate official document that can prove that your organization is a Non-Profit. 

    This link leads to the form to fill out. Here is a link where you can check out the prices and discounts for the non-profit organizations. You can get increased limits for the overall submission by accessing the increase limit option in my account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to this link to access my account, increase the limit.
    2. Follow the instructions, and that's it.
