    Tengo un par de dudas sobre el pago de mi cuenta

    1.- ¿Me gustaría saber cuánto tiempo tengo a partir de mi fecha de corte de pago para realizar el nuevo pago sin que pierda mi cuenta y sus características?

    2.- ¿Si me tardo en realizar el pago 4 días al rehabilitar perderé el tipo de cuenta oro con la que cuento actualmente?  ya que he observado que las cuentas oro actuales solo son de 10,000 envíos y la mía es de 100,000

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and saw that your next due date is on March 11th, 2024. Are you looking into changing your billing credit card? If yes, changing your credit card won't affect your current account usage and limits, as well as your current Legacy Gold plan, as long as your subscription won't get canceled for whatever reason. Let me show you how to change your billing credit card:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Photo/Avatar, and select Settings.

    Time allowed to renew after due date Image 2 Screenshot 51For payments processed through FastSpring, you will be redirected to your FastSpring subscription page after clicking on Change Credit Card. With FastSpring, you can update your card or choose PayPal as the payment method. Just click on 'Edit Subscription' in FastSpring.

    Eso no fue lo que le pregunte, voy a tardar una semana posterior en mi fecha de corte y quisiera saber si inmediatamente perderé los beneficios de mi cuenta

    Now, let me help you with your question. Your subscription is expected to renew on March 11, 2024. If no payment is made on that date, we give you a few days' leeway before it will be downgraded to the Starter Plan, and lose your legacy plan. The day extension is determined by the system, it will give you a prompt on your Account Billing page.

    ¿En caso de pagar posteriormente a la fecha que me den de prorroga y vuelva a contratar me respetarían las condiciones de mi cuenta oro? Mi cuenta tiene capacidad de recibir 100,000 envíos y he observado que las cuentas oro actualmente sol admiten 10,000

    Now, let me help you with your question. As long as you pay within the period specified on your Account Billing page after the due date, you'll retain the feature (100,000 monthly submissions) of your legacy plan. We don't know how long is the extension, that will determined by the system after the due date.
