Now, let me help you with your question. If you wish to delete your Jotform account, this can be done in the Account Settings page. When you delete your account, all forms and submissions will also be deleted. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms, click your Avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Then click Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Bottom of the page and click Delete My Account.

A pop-up window will appear, just select Yes, Delete and enter your password to verify.
