    Hola, Buenas Tardes.

    Hi iconstruccion100,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand correctly, are you using the PDF Embedder widget? I tried adding it to my form and checked on my mobile device and it works as expected. See my screencast below:

If you want to make it larger, you can update the Width and Height of the widget in the properties. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the gear icon to open up the widget's Properties panel.

    2. Under the General tab, you'll see the Width and Height options. You can adjust this to the size that you want and that will adjust the widget's dimensions.

If this still appears too small or in a distorted way, can you share with us a screenshot of how it looks on your end? This guide will show you how to do that. With that, Can you also share with us the form that you're working on so we can check it?

Another thing that you can do is update your mobile app to the latest version. I also went ahead and cleared your form caches to fix any temporary issues.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi iconstruccion100,

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand correctly, you are adding images to your form but when you view on your mobile device, some images are distorted? I went ahead and added images to a test form and they were not distorted.

Here is a screencast using web:

And here is a screencast using mobile:

Can you tell us how did you add the images to your form? Let me show you how I add mine:

    1. In Form Builder, add an Image form element.

    2. On the right side panel, click on Choose A File and upload the image you want to use.

If you added the images the same as the steps above, can you share with us a screenshot of the distorted images the you mentioned? This guide will show you how to do that. With that, Can you also share with us the form that you're working on so we can check it on our end? Another thing that you can do is update your mobile app to the latest version and clear the app cache. Here's a guide on how to on Android and here's for iPhone.

Give these suggestions a try and let us know if you need any more help.
