Cómo podemos iniciar sesión sin que pida un código?

me gustaría saber si es posible quitar la opción de que me pida un código cuando vaya iniciar sesión y ver las respuestas de mis formularios.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

I'm not sure what code you're referring to, I was thinking perhaps because of the encryption, but I checked your forms and none appears to have that enabled. Is that perhaps when trying to login to your Jotform account? Could you take a screenshot of the question asking for the code so we can have a better idea of what you're referring to? We have a guide about that here.
