Hello, I've been wondering if there is the possilibility of autofill fields in the form using data from raw files(excel). Is there some sort of integration that allows extracting data from onedrive to check and autofill the form in real time before sending?

    Hello siproduccion,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do have our Spreadsheet to Form widget, which allows users to populate their form fields from an external Excel Sheet. But currently, the dropdown element is not yet supported for this widget. These are the form fields that can be populated with details from your external sheet with the help of the said widget:

    • Full Name
    • Email
    • Time
    • Short Text
    • Long Text
    • Dropdown
    • Single Choice
    • Multiple Choice
    • Scale Rating
    • Star Rating

If this widget will work for you, let me show you how to add it to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
    2. Go to Widgets, and search for Spreadsheet to Form.
    3. Drag and drop it onto your form, and upload the Excel file by clicking on Upload File in Widget Settings.
    4. Once uploaded, set the Access Code Column. It should be the data that your form fillers should enter into the Spreadsheet to widget field that would trigger the populating of data.
