Why is upload space almost at its limit?

Porque mi plan esta llegando al limite de almacenamiento si he recibido trescientos y algo de formulario y son 10 mil el limite?

Y que puedo hacer para borrar esos envios que no uso y no tener que pagar por mas espacio?

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I saw that your Upload Space is almost at its limit. Take note that Upload Space, and Submission Storage have different limits. Upload Space holds the total size of the files uploaded on your form, while Submission Storage holds the quantity of submissions in your forms. Your Submission Storage is still good as it only contains 319 out of 10,000, but your Upload Space is almost full as it already consumed 817.09 MB out of 1.00 GB. To free up Upload Space, you need to delete your submissions, and purge them on the Jotform Table, but I suggest you download your submissions first before deleting them. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form, and click on More.
2. Click on Submissions.

3. Click on Download All, and choose what file type you want for your submissions.

Now, let's delete, and purge your submissions:

1. In Jotform Table, click on the checkbox on the upper left part of the page to select your submissions, and click on Delete on the upper right part of the page.

2. Click on Move to Trash.

3. Click on the Three Dots icon on the upper left part of the page next to your tabs name, and click on Trashed Entries.

4. Click on Select All, and click on Delete Forever.
5. Click on Delete.
