Is it possible to add custom font to the email?

I appreciate your patience. You can change the font family of the emails using the built-in features. Let me walk you through it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• Under the Emails tab on the left side of the page, hover your mouse over the Email element you want to edit, and click on the Pencil icon.
• In the window that pops up, click on the T icon to open the available font list. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a custom font as the source code of the emails only accepts inline CSS code.
