Buen día, el día de hoy estoy intentar hacer el pago de mi suscripción pero no me deja hacer le pago. Me pueden ayudar con el tema por favor.

Now, coming back to your question, can you share a screenshot of the error message when you're trying to pay the subscription? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum.

In the meantime, please try again using a different card.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. It seems like the error is related to the card you are using. Can you please contact your Bank or Credit Card provider and ask them why the card is not going through? Our system will make another charge attempt on the 24th of April.
