How to forward an email for the completed form to verify that the data is correct?

Regarding your question, are you referring to an email that will be sent once the form is completed? If so, I have checked that you have an Autoresponder set up. Your recipient will get an instant pre-written reply or a copy of their data once they complete the form. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand correctly, you would like to prevent duplicate email address submitted on your form. Is that correct? If yes, you can enable the Unique Field feature to prevent duplicate based on a form field such as Email form element. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Click on Show More Options.

3. Scroll down to Unique Field.

4. Select Email.

Gracias por usar Jotform. En adición a la respuesta de mi colega Christopher, si es posible hacer que el usuario pueda verificar su correo fácilmente de dos maneras, una es antes de que se realice el envío usando el widget verificador de correo electrónico, o después del envío del formulario con la app de verificación de envíos. Te explico:

• En el Creador de Formularios haz clic en Agregar Elementos+ y agrega el widget verificador de correo-e al formulario.
• Configura los mensajes y haz clic en actualizar widget.

Ahora, utilizar la app de verificación de envíos para autenticar el correo después del envío también es fácil. Te muestro como hacerlo:

1. En el Creador de formularios agrega un campo de texto corto oculto al formulario, este servirá para mostrar el estado de la verificación.

2. Ahora, ve a la app de Verificación de envíos y haz clic en Iniciar App. Puedes usar este enlace directo.

3. En la app configura el formulario, el campo de verificación, el mensaje de verificación y el correo del supervisor que recibirá esta verificación.

4. Haz clic en Generar enlace y copia este enlace.

5. Luego, en el creador de formularios, ve a la pestaña de Ajustes y selecciona Correos a la izquierda.

6. Abre las configuraciones del correo de autorespuesta y pega el enlace para que el usuario pueda abrirlo al recibir el correo de autorespuesta.

Cuando el usuario haga clic en el enlace de verificación en el correo electrónico, se rellenará automáticamente el campo de verificación con el mensaje que hayas configurado, y podrás verlo en las Tablas de Jotform. Te muestro:
