No recibir notificación por correo electrónico

Hola, buen dia!

No se estan enviando los correos a las cuentas de nuestra empresa, afecta a comercial@woranz.com y a alquileres@woranz.com

Y no nos deja sumarlo a la lista de permitidos desde ajustes. Nos aparece este error. Nos pueden ayudar?

Me llega este error

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I'm sorry you're having issues with receiving the email notifications. After checking the email address, comercial@woranz.com, and alquileres@woranz.com is on the bounce list. We have already removed the email address from the bounce list. You can also remove the email address from the bounce list by following this guide.

To avoid this issues, here is a guide on how to prevent email bouncing. You could also whitelist our IP addresses to avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter, this guide will help you with that.

Lamentamos los inconvenientes. He eliminado el email alquileres@woranz.com de nuestra lista de rebote. Recuerda que puede hacer whitelist a nuestras direcciones IP para evitar que los correos se bloqueen por algún filtro de seguridad adicional. Para más detalles, puedes revisar esta guía.

Hola, aun sigue en la lista de rebote. Ya limpiamos todas las IP , pero sigue pasando.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I checked the email address, and it's in our Bounce List. I removed the email address from the Bounce List.

There are several reasons why the email address is added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list.

Removing your email address from the Bounce List is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms page, click on your Avatar in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Now, click on Settings in the dropdown.
3. Next, scroll down to Bounce List, enter your email and click on Check button. If your email is on the bounce list, click Remove to remove your email from it.

That's it. You should now be able to receive emails.
