How to create a report of all submissions across all active forms within a time range?

    Actualmente puedo integrar en un archivo de cáculo de drive los resultados de mis formularios que se dividen por pestañas, pero me gustaría poder toda la información en una única pestaña ¿es esto posible?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you looking to create a report of all submissions across all active forms within a time range? If so you can use our Combine Submission Data app to combine the submissions from all the forms into a single .csv file. That file can then be imported into Excel. The Combine Submission Data app also has the feature to only include dates in a set time range that you require:

    Una pregunta más, ¿este informe se puede automatizar para tenerlo todos los meses o cada vez que quiera el informe mensual tengo que seleccionar uno a uno los distintos formularios con la información que quiero agrupar?

    Hi Noelia,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, the Combine Submission Data app does not support the automatic sending of CSV files. You would need to manually select the forms and the specific data you wish to be included and generate the CSV report each time.

    However, as a workaround, you might want to check the Digest Email feature. This allows you to receive scheduled reports automatically, which can include the total number of submissions, a chart showing off the selected field(s), and submission details of the selected forms all in one email. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on My Forms on the top-left side of your screen.

    2. In the menu that opens, click on My Reports.    How can I receive my monthly reports automatically? Image 1 Screenshot 80 Screenshot 203. On your My Reports page, click on Create Report on the top-left side of the page.

    • Email Subject
    • Email Recipients
    • Repeats
    • Send Date
    • Send Time
    • Time Zone

    6. Click on Next on the bottom-right side of the page.

    8. Then, click on Next on the bottom-right side of the page.

    10. In the menu that opens, click on Create Digest and that's it.

    Buenos días,

    Lo que necesitamos son los datos de los formularios mensualmente compilados en un único archivo y en una única hoja.

    La integración con Combine Submission Data es perfecta pero perdemos tiempo seleccionando los archivos y la información que necesitamos mes a mes, si crees que hay alguna forma más ágil de obtener esta información, lo agradeceré.

    Hola Noelia,

    Muchas gracias por ponerte en contacto con el Soporte de Jotform. Como alternativa, podéis probar Jotform Digest, que incluirá todos los envíos que hayáis recibido y lo podéis programar para cada mes. Podréis añadir los campos que os interesan o hacer reportes que se envíen cada mes. Os dejo aquí una guía de como hacerlo. Es muy sencillo y podéis añadir diferentes formularios.
