Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form? If yes, I have cloned and reviewed it and currently, the Signature field isn't displaying any text not in Spanish as shown in the screenshot.
It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
