Estimados, junto con saludar tengo una duda puesto que para dos de mis formularios no se cargan las fotografías en el PDF cuando el pdf es editado y firmado, cuando el documento es enviado por primera vez las fotos si aparecen pero después de ser firmado las fotos desaparecen.

I understand your concern regarding the photographs not appearing in the PDF after the document is edited and signed. This issue can occur if the image or file upload fields are not properly mapped within the Jotform Sign document. While the photos may display correctly in the initial submission PDF, they may disappear in the signed version if those fields aren't fully integrated into the Sign workflow.
I suggest opening the Sign Document editor and making sure the photo fields are properly placed and mapped to the corresponding form fields. It's also important to use the actual file upload or image field instead of referencing them through text placeholders, as only mapped fields are retained in the signed PDF. Additionally, avoid deleting or drastically modifying the layout during edits, as this can affect how the fields are rendered. If you can share the link to the form in question, we can check further and investigate more on it.

Hi Subus,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. After submitting and approving the form, the photos were still displayed in the PDF. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

El problema continua pero con el link de aplicación, cuando se utiliza el link del formulario en pagina web no hay problemas, lamentablemente no podria conseguir un video del trabajo puesto que es trayecto es este:
Alguien realiza la mitad del formulario y lo envia otra persona.
La otra persona lo revisa y lo firma, lo edita y lo envia a si mismo editado con nuevas imágenes y su firma.
El documento llega al correo firmado pero sin fotografias.

Can you try recording those at once, you can use a different email signed in on the same device so you can also continue the form from the same device. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox , or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
