Cree un agente para guiar a los usuarios de la APP a rellenar el formulario. Pero en el chat del agente no se limpia o borra cuando salgo de la app, siemrpe queda todo lo anterior y ademas, cuando me inicia el formulario, luego de enviarlo, no empeiza uno nuevo a pedido del usuario

Now, getting back to your questions. The AI Agent’s chat history is saved by default to maintain context, which is why the conversation isn’t cleared when exiting the app. Currently, there’s no built-in option to automatically reset or clear the chat once the user leaves the form or submits it.
As for starting a new form automatically after submission, that feature isn’t available yet. Users will need to refresh the form link or reopen it to begin a new session.

If you are using the Chatbot option, you should be able to start a new chat. Let me show you how:
1. Click on the Three lines icon in the upper right part.
2. Select Start New Chat.

Upon checking your AI Chatbot, since the Chat History is disabled, you won't be able to start a new chat. You need to turn it on if you want to have an option to start a new chat. Here’s a quick how-to:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on Chatbot on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Gear icon right next to the Chatbot and under Navigation tab, scroll down and turn on the Chat History option.

I checked your app, and confirmed that the history icon in your AI Agent Chatbot isn’t showing even though it’s already enabled. For now, can you try removing the AI Agent Chatbot from your app and then re-adding it? This will refresh the integration and should make the history icon appear correctly. Once re-added, you can test the chatbot to ensure the history is visible and functioning as expected.
If the issue persists, in order to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing, our team would like to clone your AI agent along with its associated knowledge base. By replicating your environment, we can more accurately diagnose the issue and work on a tailored solution.
