    hice el formulario pero no me deja verlos solo salen en la pantalla proncipal pero no me aparece en formularios enviados

    He revisado tu cuenta y veo que aún no has creado formularios, para poder asistirle mejor, puedes compartirnos el enlace de tu formulario, una vez recibamos el enlace, realizaremos un envío de prueba para poder confirmar que se reciben los envíos con normalidad.

    Now, coming back to your question, If you can't see form submissions from your app, try syncing the data. 

    I can show you how to sync your data on the Jotform Mobile App. Let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.

    2. While in Settings, scroll down and tap on the Refresh icon in the Sync Your Data section.

    If you want the app to refresh and get the latest data without any issues, you should enable the Background App Refresh feature for the Jotform App in your phone settings.

    Hi Julyanis,

    Thanks for your reply and for sharing the form link.

    The form you shared, “Estudio_necesidades_Orocovis”, belongs to another Jotform account, and your account is added to it as an assignee.

    On the Jotform Mobile App, when a form is assigned to you:

    • You can only see in “Sent Forms / Submissions” the entries that you personally submitted from your own account.
    • You cannot see all submissions for that form, only the owner of the original account where the form was created can see every submission.

    If you need access to all submissions for that form, you would need to:

    1. Log in to the Jotform account that owns the form, or
    2. Ask the form owner to share the submissions with you (for example, by giving you access to the form’s Table or Inbox).

    Also, in your screenshot we see a form called “Envíos”, but the link you shared is for “Estudio_necesidades_Orocovis”. If the error you mentioned is happening with the “Envíos” form, please send us the direct URL of that form, so we can check it specifically and help you further.

    Hi Julyanis,

    The assigned form URL is for the form Estudio_necesidades_Orocovis. I've also noted that you are using the latest version of the Jotform mobile app. Can you log out from your app, then log back in, and use a different internet connection to access the app? Try viewing the submission using the different connection. If the issue persists, can you uninstall the Jotform app, reinstall it, and then check again?

    Hi Julyanis,

    Based on the information and the screenshots you shared, it appears that the form you are trying to access is assigned to you from another Jotform account. In the Jotform Mobile App, when a form is assigned to you, you can only see the submissions that you personally submitted from your own account. You cannot see all submissions; only the original form owner can see every submission.

    If you need access to all submissions, you would need to either log in to the Jotform account that owns the form or ask the form owner to share the submissions with you by giving access to the form’s Table or Inbox.

    Lo persona que me envió ha hacer el form no le aparece mi envío como si no hubiera hecho el cuestionario y no me aparece en envíos de mi aplicación.

    Hi Julyanis,

    Can you let us know if you've logged out and then logged back into your Jotform app? Have you tried using the different internet connection to access the Jotform app and the submissions? Looking at the screenshots you shared, it seems you have two submissions. Can you let us know the steps you've taken to resolve this issue? Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the Jotform App?

    Can you let your form owner to check the Jotform Inbox, and the Jotform Tables to locate your submission? If the issue persists, they can contact us with all the information they've so, we can check. If issue persist, can you share with us the screencast's public link using Loom or Google Drive?

    Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.
