Configurable List Widget: Campos configurados se borran al intentar modificarlos

Así mismo solicito se revise este widget, ya que no está trabajando bien. Cuando se le configuran los campos y se pretende entrar nuevamente a hacer algún cambio, ya no están los campos antes colocados, se borran.

agradezco me ayuden a solucionar esto y me den las indicaciones para que no se vaya a perder la información manejada en los distintos formularios

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to open the widget settings and modify the fields without losing any data. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
