josesegoviaygalindoI am experiencing an issue where Jotform appears as a partner in Meta for the Dr Segovia Y Galindo Neurocirujano WhatsApp account, but it does not connect the WhatsApp number. I have already done everything necessary except removing Jotform's access from Meta. I am unsure whether to remove access only for WhatsApp or also for Instagram and Messenger, since those are working fine. When I try to add access from Meta, I receive a message saying "La relación con el socio comercial ya existe" indicating that the association between the two businesses already exists and to request access to specific assets via each asset's tab. I want to know if after adding access from Meta, I need to do anything else in Jotform. I have confirmed that in Meta, Jotform Agent has access to WhatsApp accounts including Jose Manuel Segovia's account with identifier 1955957308313547. Despite all this, the WhatsApp number is still not connecting properly. -

I understand that Jotform already appears as a partner in your Meta Business Manager but using the WhatsApp number is not connecting. To make sure the connection is completed correctly, try to connect again with these steps, as described in this guide:
- In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on WhatsApp in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Then, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of your connected business number, and click on Remove.
Then, try to connect again by following these steps:
- In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on WhatsApp in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Then, click on Login with Facebook to connect your Facebook account.
- After connecting your Facebook account, fill in the business information.
- And then, click on Next.
- Now, set up the following options:
Create a WhatsApp Business Account — Set up a new WhatsApp Business Account.
Create a new WhatsApp Business Profile — Add a new profile for your WhatsApp Business Account. - Then, click on Next.
- Next, enter the following details to set up your WhatsApp Business profile:
Category — Select the category that best describes your business.
WhatsApp Business Account Name — Enter the name of your WhatsApp Business Account.
WhatsApp Business Display Name — Choose the name customers will see when they interact with your business. - Here, you can optionally click on Show More Options and set up the following:
Timezone — Choose the timezone that matches your business location.
Business Description — Provide a brief description of your business and its services.
Website — Add the link to your business website. - Then, click on Next.
- Now, add your Phone Number and choose how you’d like to verify it:
Text Message — Receive a verification code via SMS to your phone number.
Phone Call — Get a verification code through an automated phone call. - Then, click on Next.
- Enter your 6-digit code to verify your phone number and click on Next.
- Once verified, click on Continue.
- Finally, you can optionally Add a payment method, then click Finish, and you’re all set.
