Problema con el idioma del calendario en formulario en inglés

    Tengo un problema con el idioma de mi formulario. Lo necesito hacer en inglés y todo funciona bien, excepto la parte del calendario. Cuando publico el formulario, sale en inglés, que es como lo deseo, pero si le doy click a otro día, automáticamente se cambia al idioma español. Necesito que la vista en el calendario esté en inglés. Intenté cambiando la configuración pero no se visualiza ningún cambio.

    Hi Iran,

    Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and tried to replicate the issue you are facing but on my test the language stayed in English. Here is a screencast of my test.

    Can you send us a recording/screenshot of the issue you are having? A screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link. We’ve also got a guide explaining how to send us a screenshot.

    Hi Iran,

    I have tried on several different browsers and couple different devices, one other laptop and two smart phones, but was not able to replicate the issue you have on the recording. I have even downloaded a Spanish browser to test if is that related but all of my tests were the same as the recording I shared with you before.

    Can you try with different devices and softwares and see if the issue persists? If it does, can you give us details on the devices name, model, browser name, version, etc. information so we can investigate further.

    Keep us posted if you run into anything else.

    Hi Iran,

    I have solved the mistery after you have shared your latest recording. I am sharing a portion of your recording below where when you refresh the page it loads up in English. You can see it from the green button at the bottom says Create your own Jotform. In couple seconds, Google Translate translates the page to Spanish and the green tect changes to Spanish.

    You can see that Google Translate gets activated from the URL as well that is just below the green button. It blinks and notifies that translate. Can you disable Google Translate and try once more?
