Now, coming back to your question, I have cloned your form, integrated a Google Spreadsheet and did some test submissions. My submissions were transferred to the Google Spreadsheet without any issue. Can you elaborate more on what kind of an integration issue you are facing? If you are facing any error messages, can you share them with us?
