Buenas tardes..... Uso Mac.

    Hi luis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

Clear Cache Step 1 Screenshot 10

    3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

Clear Cache Step 2 Screenshot 21

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Luis,

Can you give us more details about the issue? Does the error occur while you're filling out the form, or when editing your form? About the data that is lost, is this the information you entered into the form, or the existing submissions in the Jotform submissions table?

Try to log out of Jotform, and then clear the browser cache. Logging out first helps ensure that any cached data related to Jotform is fully cleared before starting a fresh login session. If the issue persists, share a screenshot or short recording, that’ll help us see exactly what’s happening. You can upload recordings to Google Drive or Dropbox or use Loom, and our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center shows how to send a screenshot.

After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.
