Necesito informacion sobre el acceso de mis colaboradores a la cuenta jotform

I am currently managing a project where several team members need to access and download data from my Jotform account at the same time. At the moment, we are all using the same login because when I add collaborators, they are not able to download the form responses, which is something my team needs to do frequently.

Because of multiple people accessing the account simultaneously, we often encounter issues such as “too many requests” errors or temporary blocks.

Could you please advise if there is a way to allow collaborators to download submissions without using the main account login? Alternatively, is there a specific plan or feature that would allow multiple team members to access and export data simultaneously without these limitations?
