    Buena tarde,

    1. He pagado un año de plan bronce, mis envios y documentos se renovaran mensualmente?,

    2. Si pague mi plan el 8 de abril de 2026 se supine que desde esa fecha empiezan a contar lis 100 documentos para firmar y creo tener solo como 70 documentos para firmar y ya me esta saliendo el mendaje de que se me estan acabando.

    Es posible que como pague hace como 20 dias mi plan bronce pueda poner un excedente para pasar a plan plata.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that you subscribed for a yearly subscription. This means that your renewal happens every year instead of monthly. To answer our last question about whether it's possible for you to upgrade to Silver, yes, you can do that.

    If you upgrade your account to Silver yearly, the amount equivalent to the unused time of your Bronze plan will be deducted from the total. We have a guide here on how to upgrade your account. In case you need to cancel your current subscription first before you can upgrade, you'll need to process that with Google Play Store, since you upgrade your account via the Google Play Store app.

    As for your second question about your Signed Documents limit, I moved that to a separate thread. You can check out our answer to that here.
