Deseo consultar si existe la posibilidad de que el primer firmante, en caso tenga varios documentos pendientes, pueda visualizar desde su usuario todos los archivos que tiene asignados para firma.

Asimismo, agradeceré confirmar si al ingresar a su cuenta puede revisar también el historial de documentos que ya firmó anteriormente, sin necesidad de buscarlos o descargarlos desde su correo electrónico.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, the first signer can view all documents assigned to them for signature in their user account. This is done through the Sign Inbox feature, where they can see all documents waiting for their signature under the "Waiting for My Signature" tab. This tab displays all documents pending their signature, whether signed by others or not.

Additionally, the signer can review the history of documents they have previously signed without needing to search or download them from their email. These completed documents are accessible under the "Completed" tab in the Sign Inbox, where they can also download signed documents and view the audit trail for each. Here's how:

1. On your My Sign Documents page, hover your mouse over your document and click on Sign Inbox.
2. In Sign Inbox, you can view all your documents and filter them by tabs like Waiting for My Signature, Waiting for Others, Completed, Canceled, and Declined.
