Cómo agregar varios formularios a una sola aplicación de Jotform?

Buenas tardes. Tengo varios links de formularios de reportes de tareas. Inspec.camintas. equipos . Quiero integrar en un solo link y que sea mas facil reportsr. Ahora tienen separadoa. Cuales son los pasos para crear un app o como integrar en un solo link. Cono se genera las tablas.. puedes facilitarme un aguia paso a paso. Ya que no tengo conociminto para hacerlo. 1. In App Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.

3. Next, select the form/s under Select Forms window, and click on Add Forms.
