Necesito recuperar unos formularios llamados AFP Capital que desaparecieron de mi plataforma, su ayuda por favor.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I can help you with the solution. If you have deleted a form then you may recover it along with its data as long as you haven't purged them yet. Let me show you how to do it.

• Go to My Forms page.
• Click on the Trash Folder on the left side of the page
• Select the form you want to restore
• Click Restore

Please note that all deleted form will remain soft deleted in the system for 30 days. After 30 days the deleted forms are permanently deleted in the system and can no longer be recovered. Just in case the form that you are looking for is already permanently deleted then we do not have a way to restore it.
