Account Status Overlimit: Form Views reached limit

Cree un formulario a mediados del mes de abril, pague por un mes y en total tengo 1026 vistas, sin embargo ya no necesito volver a pagar, pero el contador de vistas no se reinicio y ahora no tengo disponible mi formulario. Me pueden ayudar por favor?

After checking your account, it shows the over-limit status. This occurs when your account usage has reached its limits. As your account is on the Free plan, your Form Views are limited to 1000 and it has reached its limit and is currently at 1026 form views. You may upgrade your account to avoid this issue, you may also check out our pricing page to know the benefits and limits of each plan. What am saying is we are in may, but the counter of the view doesn’t
reset. I create my form in April, so it should reset, but it doesn’t. It
has to be an error.

Thanks for getting back to us. The limit of the account gets reset on the 1st of every month. I double-checked your account and it seems that your submission also reached the limit. Your form currently has 207 submissions. Please note that the limit for the free plan is 100 submissions only. You won't be able to accept submissions if you exceed your monthly limit. You may consider increasing your monthly submission limit by upgrading your account .
