Cuando tengo una suscripción y la cancelo, qué pasa con toda la información almacenada en las tablas y los formularios creados?

Now, let me help you with your question. When your subscription is canceled, your forms will remain the same, but since the free account limits will be applied, you will not be able to create new forms if you have 5 active forms, you would need to disable any of them to create a new one. 

As for the submissions data, only the newest 500 submissions will be saved, and the rest will be deleted, but you can recover the data by upgrading your account again. To be sure that you don't lose any of your data, I suggest that you export all of your data before canceling your subscription. You can also download your form submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
