Now, let me help you with your question. Could you elaborate on how you encountered the issue? If you go to the Tables page of your form, there is a Download All button. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
2. Click on Tables.
3. In Tables, on the right side of the screen, click on Download All.
4. Click on your preferred file type.

If that’s not exactly what you’re referring to, It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you referring to the Signed Document without an Audit Trial? If yes, you can download all your Signed Documents as individual PDF files via the Inbox page Download All button as PDF. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
2. Click on Inbox.
3. In Inbox, on the left side of the screen, tick the checkbox to select all submission data.
4. Click on Download All.
5. Select Download as PDF and then select New Document 1 or the other option that is not Print version.
