    Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that your account was downgraded to the free Starter Plan, but I cannot find anything that would prevent you from upgrading. Have you checked to see if your card has sufficient funds? Additionally, have you tried a different card to see if that makes a difference? If you have sufficient funds and a different card doesn't work successfully, please clear your browser's cache and cookies or use a different browser when upgrading.

    In any case, none of them work. Please share a screenshot of the specific error message that you encountered so that we can better understand what's going on and find out the best course of action for resolving it.
