Reembolso y baja de plan anual

    Hola buenos dias! Quiero de dar de baja la suscripción anual, venía usando el plan mensual y por error me cobraron el anual. Por favor preciso que me hagan la devolución del dinero y volver a la suscripción bronce mensual.

    Por otro lado, te hago una consulta más, si tengo más de 5 formularios y qusiera volver al plan gratuito, los formularios excedentes se pierden o simplemente se desactivan?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have downgraded your account to the Starter plan, and also processed the refund for your last payment. Please expect it to take effect within 5-7 business days. Since your account is now in the Starter plan, you can proceed to upgrade to the Bronze monthly plan.
