WIDGET ENVIAR

Hola!

El día de hoy se realizo una prueba configurada bajo el nombre de pruebas de ascenso, al llegar al final el widget de enviar, atrás y siguiente NO SALIO, al revisar la construcción del formulario se evidencia que si esta el widget lo que hago es actualizarlo y al llenar otra prueba salió.

Sin embargo la prueba con la cual nos dimos cuenta que el widget no funciono se perdió ¿es posible rescatar esta prueba? no se ¿no queda en la nube o algo asi donde se evidencie un llenado pero no un envió?

Te agradezco me colaboren pues esto afecta la labor de la empresa y no fue un error de construcción pues como le indico el widget estaba.

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand your issue correctly, are you looking to retrieve the data that was partially filled out but was not successfully submitted in your form? If so, unfortunately, this is not possible to recover unless the form filler saved their draft submission using the Save and Continue Later feature.

Unfortunately, after checking your form, I noticed that the Save and Continue Later feature is not enabled. I would recommend enabling this feature since it is useful for long forms or forms with multiple pages. Here's how to enable it:

1. Select the Submit button in Form Builder and click the Gear icon to open properties.
2. In the properties pane on the right, go to Advanced at the top.
3. Toggle the Save And Continue Later to ON.
