How to remove auto-renewal of subscription

Yo compré el plan Plata en la modalidad de un mes y me gustaría saber si tengo que hacer algo en mi cuenta para que no me cobre el mes siguiente o si se hace automático.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can cancel the subscription in your Jotform account to stop the automatic renewal. It's easy, let's do it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
