Now, let me help you with your question. You simply need to change the Access Settings of your form to Public, so the user's won't be asked to create or log in to their Jotform account. And I can see that you've already done it on your form. Can you let us know if the users are still being asked to create an account? If so, how are you sharing the forms to the users?
