With that being said, are you looking to collect payments online? If so, then you can integrate your form with any of the payment processors available in Jotform. I did check your form 233067800821148 and I see you have the PayPal Pro Integration added to your form. All you need now is to connect it by supplying your Paypal's API credentials.
