Ha desaparecido el formulario que tenia creado asi como toda la información recogida con este

me ha desaparecido el formulario que estaba utilizando y toda la información recogida en este. Desconozco el motivo por el cual se ha eliminado todo el contenido. Me podrían orientar de como recuperarlo?

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I checked your account and it seems you currently have two forms. But, your other form is currently under the Archive folder.

1. In My Forms page, click on the Archive folder and select the archived Form.
2. Click on the More options button and select Unarchive.

Your form will then show on your My Forms page. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Archive a Form.
