    subscription wasn’t renewed because os my card so I paid it today and wasn’t able to retrieve all the forms we sent.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have reviewed your account and currently, you no longer exceed any account limits and usage. You should be able to access all your form submission data. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
