Existe algún contrato de uso entre Jotform y yo?

Estamos utilizando su servicio plata para recopilar información de tipo KYC y Perfil de riesgo para aperturas de cuentas digitales en un mercado latinoamericano. Para poder informar a nuestros usuarios del uso que daremos a través de sus servicios de formularios necesitamos contar con un contrato o lo más similar para que el area de compliance me pueda entregar un disclaimer.

Regarding compliance contract, we provide Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA accounts, HIPAA is available on Gold plan.
