Can I upgrade to Gold for December, and downgrade back to Bronze by January?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As what I've understood from your original question, you want to upgrade to Bronze this month, and upgrade to Gold just for December, then downgrade back to Bronze in January. If so, you can do that by choosing our Monthly Plan when doing the upgrade. Let me show you how:

1. Go to Jotform Pricing Page, and switch the button to Monthly.
2. Choose the plan you'd like to upgrade to.

    3. Choose your Payment Method.

4. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service.

    5. Click on Continue.

Next, enter your credit card details or login to your PayPal account to process the payment. You can do the same steps when upgrading to Gold next month. I strongly suggest you do the upgrade befo your next billing date, as our plans are set to auto-renew.

Also, for you to downgrade your subscription in January, you'll first need to downgrade it back to our Starter (Free) Plan by cancelling the Gold subscription, and then upgrade it again to Bronze. Still, you need to do the cancellation before your next billing date.
