Las preguntas de multiple selección, en reportes todas las respuestas salen en una sola columna. Ya tengo la base de datos en Looker Studio, pero asi no me funciona. ¿Como le puedo hacer para que sean separadas por columnas?

On reports, multiple choice responses all show up in one single column, how can I separate them?

    Hi Alejandro,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, this is not currently an available feature. As the Multple Choice element is considered as a single field, all answers selected on the field will reflect on one column under the Question for the Multiple Choice element. As a workaround, you can consider downloading the submission data as an Excel file and manually splitting the text directly on the Excel file. .

Another workaround is to add the answers as separate Multiple choice fields. This means you would need to add several Multiple choice fields on your form. After adding separate Multiple choice fields they'll have their own column in the Tables page.

This is how it will appear:

Once you are done adding the multiple choice options separately, if you wish to reduce the spacing, you can get back to us so we can help you with a CSS code to reduce the spacing and you can inject the CSS code to your form.

Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.
