    Hi novaeracontabilidade.piracicaba,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in the language of your preference. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. Keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, about your question. It is possible to show or hide fields of the form based on the input of another field using the conditional logic, as I can see you have already done to show the number of users until 5. You would have to create all the fields and conditions for every user, and you can set a limit in the counter field to the number of user pages you have created.

If you wish to have the possibility of having an unlimited list, you can do so by using the Configurable list widget. Let me show you:

    • On Form Builder, add a Configurable List widget.
    • Configure the fields inside the widget as explained in this guide.
    • Set the maximum limit of rows you wish.
