    Buenas dias He contratado el paquete bronce mensual y se me ha cargado em anual. Como puedo cambiarlo???

    He visto que tengo el dinero retenido. Os paso el numero de autorización 218032.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I have just received feedback from the Billing Team that the refund for the remaining balance of your subscription has been processed. Please expect for the refund to reflect on your account within 3 - 7 business days depending on your issuing bank.
