Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, I can't seem to locate a Jotform account associated with your email address. Can you tell us your Jotform username or email so we can check? Or if you're just fill out a form owned by another Jotform customer, you can share your public IP Address so can whitelist it from our system. In case you're not familiar to getting it, you can just click on this link and tell us the IP Address you see.
