Kenapa akun saya hanya bisa login di satu device padahal sebelumnya bisa di berbagai device?

    Saya biasanya menggunakan web untuk login dan bisa menggunakannya di berbagai device. Namun, akhir-akhir ini saya hanya bisa login di satu device saja. Padahal paket saya sebelumnya juga standar dan memungkinkan penggunaan di berbagai device. Saya ingin mengetahui kenapa akun saya tidak bisa dibuka di berbagai device seperti sebelumnya dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya.

    I understand you wanted to access your Jotform account from multiple devices. You can do this, but each time you log into a new device, it will prompt you for an authentication code, which you must verify. You'll be able to access the account from there once you've verified the authentication.

    Additionally, it's also worth noting that our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are all individual, single-user plans. Sharing login credentials with other people is a violation of our Terms of Use. To keep your account secure, please do not share your login information with anyone.

    If you require a multi-user account, we recommend that you consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team while also providing you with full control and visibility into every action taken by team members for IT audit purposes.
